JFJ Contractors (JFJ), is a U.S.-based, women-owned small business that specializes in the in-house execution of construction projects, blast engineering, and structural engineering. JFJ is a full-service construction and engineering firm that self-performs all construction and engineering work.
JFJ is based in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area and our clients have included the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Defense, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, the Commonwealth of Virginia, George Mason University, Northern Virginia Community College, and many others.
JFJ’s self performs engineering designs, develops construction documents, manages and leads multi-discipline A/E design teams, and self-performs construction projects which range in size from small additions and renovations to full-scale structural welding for large arenas.
JFJ is responsive to clients’ needs and able to remain agile in environments where larger contractors and engineering firms cannot. Likewise, the owner of JFJ is directly engaged at the project level and is vested in each project throughout the life cycle of the project.
